- Strain the Ada in a strainer.
- Dilute the jaggery in I cup water with cardamom pwd. Strain and keep aside.
- Fill ½ of a pan with water, add salt to it and allow to boil
- To this add Ada and cook on low flame till Ada is cooked through.
- Remove from flame add some cold water and strain in a strainer.
- In a pan add ghee and fry the nuts and keep aside.
- To the same ghee add the Ada and sauté till they start to separate.
- Add jaggery to it and cook in low flame for 10 mins.
- To this add 2 cups of coconut milk and keep cooking on medium flame till the milk reduces and Ada is seen on top.
- Now add the rest of milk and mix well.
- Sprinkle nuts on top and serve.
